01/ IdentoGo® Fingerprinting Services
Can you tell me my service code?
No.
Service codes are legally required to be provided by the agency, school, or nonprofit requesting the fingerprinting.
The site staff do not have access to these codes.Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are strongly encouraged, however, walk-ins are accepted.
Those with appointments are given priority because of our often full schedule, so walk-ins may have to wait longer.

Registration must be done before you come in.

The site staff cannot schedule or reschedule appointments.Do I need to bring anything with me?
Yes.
You will need; a form of payment and a valid photo ID. (a Driver’s License, Passport, Visa, Military ID, etc.)
School IDs are not a valid photo ID, and we do not accept cash as payment.How do I pay?
IdentoGO® accepts all major credit cards, checks, and money orders.
The site staff cannot accept cash as payment.When will I get my results?
The intake site staff do not have access to any results.
